Community Impact International is assisting Afghans by purchasing their handicrafts and selling them in the USA. The wages they earn allows them to support their family and continue sewing and making more handicrafts for future income.
Inside Afghanistan, where we are working with women creating handicrafts in their homes, all currently live in the city of Kabul.When the online educational projects begin in 2023, we will be able to reach Afghan children anywhere that the internet can be accessed inside Afghanistan.
In the USA, work has begun with Afghans resettling in Missouri, and plans to expand to help Afghans in Virginia, Kentucky, Michigan, and Texas.
Future plans are to reach Afghans for Skills Training and Income Generation in other parts of the USA and perhaps in other countries as well.
